These Yoga Poses Are Good For Women

Yoga is one of the most suitable exercises for women. Every woman is eager to have a healthy body to feel the beauty of life.  The following yoga poses are most suitable, flexible and beneficial to women‘s physical and mental health.

Boat Style Pose (Navasana)

the body should be stable and straight, lift the legs and maintain a “V” shape. What is needed is enough axial force, namely waist strength and back-to-back strength. This position has stumped many people. Another reason is that it challenges the balance of the body.

Single leg flexion extension

The hips of the straight legs are pulled back, and the roots of the thighs of the curved legs are rotated outward to consciously lean the knees to the ground. The chest extends forward and the shoulders sink shoulders in the direction of the hips.

Cat Cow Style(Marjariasana)
